These are made of a dark chocolate shell filled with a slightly runny Peppermint White Chocolate Ganache and a Oreo Cookie Base with bits of crunch Peppermint Candy Canes distributed throughout. They’re full of fresh peppermint flavor, crisp cookies, crunchy candy cane bits, creamy ganache and quality dark chocolate couverture. Yum!
