One of our holiday favorites, our peppermint bark is made with 30% White Chocolate Couverture and 54% Dark Chocolate Couverture Chocolates topped with a generous sprinkle of peppermint candy cane bits.  Half white and half dark chocolate layers make this peppermint bark incredibly creamy while still chocolatey and not too sweet.
